We have a visual dashboard of real-time statistics in our Operations Room. This dashboard serves as an immediate indicator of our efficiency in delivering quality service. Adjustments are made instantly to ensure that we consistently meet our goals and exceed expectations. If a spike in call volume occurs unexpectedly, we have systems and processes in place to make sure that service levels are maintained. For example, we utilize a company-wide alert system to quickly get additional staff on the phones, as needed.
