We are a call center located in Jamaica with locations in Kingston and Montego Bay. We have a seating capacity of 30 with space for expansion. We specialize in Staffing, Training and QA for call centers as well as outbound and inbound services in the areas of DATA entry, Customer Service, chat and email support, appointment setting etc. We have worked with several local and international client on long term and short team projects. All our agents speak excellent American English and are exceptional at Customer Service.
